One Cumberland Place

In 1998, Cumberland Partners undertook an innovative and creative project — to transform a 1947 freight terminal into a Class A office building called One Cumberland Place. The resulting three-story facility features a variety of modern suite configurations, from 500 SF to over 8,000 SF.

Since its inception, One Cumberland Place has been the home of some of the region’s most notable businesses. Suite 308/310

These 2 suites are currently combined and together comprise 2,475 sq. ft. This is a corner suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the Federal Building and downtown.


Suite 312

Suite 312 is currently configured with 6 individual offices but could be modified to a more open concept. This 1,400 sq. ft space can stand alone or be combined with suites 308 & 310.
